The Conestoga Room
New for Winter 2010, the Conestoga Room is resuming our lunch and dinner service with expanded hours, and staggered reservation times. Dinner service begins January 18th and 19th, and beginning the week of January 25th, we will have dinner service Mondays-Wednesdays. Lunch service resumes on January 19th and is available Monday-Friday.
New staggered reservation times:
Lunch: 11:45am, 12:00pm, 12:15pm
Dinner: 5:45pm, 6:00pm, 6:15pm
The dining room is operated by Hospitality and Culinary students as part of their curriculum. Our full service dining room offers exquisite 4-course lunches. The menu items are prepared and served by aspiring Chef's and Restaurant Manager's studying in the hospitality programs at Conestoga College. Students gain real life experience applying the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom by producing and serving high quality food in a controlled learning lab environment.
