Thank you for considering bloom. at Conestoga College , our student-run upscale dining experience located at our Waterloo Campus.

Hospitality and Culinary students operate the dining room as part of their curriculum. bloom. at Conestoga College is a full service dining room, offering exquisite 3 and 4-course meals in a licensed environment. The menu items are prepared and served by aspiring Chefs and Restaurant Managers studying in the hospitality programs at Conestoga College. Students gain real life experience applying the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom by producing and serving high quality food in a controlled learning lab environment.
