I have been a leader in the practice of public relations and communications for more than 35 years. During that time, I have worked in the manufacturing, financial and service sectors leading communication projects around the world. I am also a communications consultant to organizations as diverse as General Motors, the United Way of Waterloo Region, the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony, the Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club, and others. I am also a long-serving member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), a founder and former president of the local chapter, and an active member of the Canadian Public Relations Society. I am the recipient of the 2011 Lorelei Kilgour Memorial Outstanding Practitioner Award for ethics and professionalism, presented by CPRS Hamilton, and the Conestoga College Team Leadership Award. |
