Accessibility Services welcomes feedback about our services and wants to meet the needs of our students by resolving issues in a timely way. Please refer to the list below to access the correct method of feedback.
For a disability related issue
If you are not satisfied with the service you have received or have a concern which has not been resolved:
- Speak to the person you were dealing with to try to resolve the issue.
- If you are not satisfied, contact your Accessibility Services Advisor to discuss the issue by calling ext. 3232.
- If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, make an appointment with the Manager of Student Access by calling ext. 3752 or emailing email@example.com.
To share accessibility feedback with Accessibility Services
Fill out a feedback form on the Accessibility Services website which will be shared with the Manager, Student Access.
