Dispute Resolution

Accessibility Services welcomes feedback about our services and wants to meet the needs of our students by resolving issues in a timely way. Please refer to the list below to access the correct method of feedback.

For a disability related issue

If you are not satisfied with the service you have received or have a concern which has not been resolved:

  1. Speak to the person you were dealing with to try to resolve the issue.
  2. If you are not satisfied, contact your Accessibility Services Advisor to discuss the issue by calling ext. 3232.
  3. If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, make an appointment with the Manager of Student Access by calling ext. 3752 or emailing lturner@conestogac.on.ca.

To share accessibility feedback with Accessibility Services

Fill out a feedback form on the Accessibility Services website which will be shared with the Manager, Student Access.
