Your Alumni Card is the key to receiving many of the great benefits and services that Conestoga College offers to its Alumni. You will receive your Alumni Card at your convocation ceremony upon completion of your program. If you did not attend your convocation ceremony, or have lost your card and need a new one, please contact the Alumni Relations department to arrange to get a new one.

A copy of your transcript may be requested through the Registrar’s Office. Requests may be made in person, or you can complete the form and either mail or fax it back to the college:
Please note there is an $8 fee per transcript requested, and requests cannot be processed without receipt of payment.

- If you are an alumni, you can access MyCareer for up-to-date career and employment information including upcoming career & employment workshops, resources, FAQ's, articulation agreements, job postings and more.
- To access MyCareer, log in to the Student Portal and click on the "Services" tab. You will need your Student ID# and password to login. Contact alumni@conestogac.on.ca if you require your student ID#. If you've forgotten your password, you can update it through the portale.
- If you graduated/departed from the college more than one year ago, and are interested in returning, you may to contact the Conestoga Career Centre to assist you with any career and educational planning.

An affinity partner is a company that Conestoga College has made a formal partnership with in order to
- Provide beneficial services to Conestoga alumni
- Offer a quality service at a competitive or discounted price
- Generate a source of revenue for the activities and interests of alumni
When Conestoga alumni participate in the affinity partner programs, a portion of the revenue supports all of our alumni services, events and publications, including the Connections Magazine, alumni events and the Conestoga Alumni e-community. Your participation in these programs allows us to continue to improve ways for you to stay connected to other alumni and Conestoga.
If you have a Canadian address, you can apply for the alumni credit card however the insurance and investment services we offer are only available for alumni that live in Canada. If you are interested, we can contact our current affinity partners who may be able to suggest a suitable alternative outside of Canada. Please email us with this request at alumni@conestogac.on.ca.
When Conestoga alumni participate in the affinity partner programs, the Alumni Relations receives revenue which supports all of our alumni services, events and publications.
Alumni Relations will assist in getting in touch with your fellow alumni for reunions.

Convocation ceremonies occur twice a year in June and November. The exact dates of the ceremonies are published by the Registrar’s Office, and can be found in the Academic Dates for the current year.
Please visit Student Records and select the current academic year for dates.
Convocation ceremonies typically occur in the Rec Centre. Information will be sent to all graduates eligible to graduate at the ceremony. Please ensure the Registrar’s Office is made aware of any changes to your address upon completion of your program to ensure you receive your convocation information.
The Bookstore at Conestoga College now offers a line of Alumni clothing and other college memorabilia.

The multi purpose recreational complex at Conestoga College offers a wide variety of facilities and services to enhance your lifestyle. The College has extensive athletic programs available for students, members and the community. Event organizers will find it a perfect showplace for sporting events, trade shows, exhibitions, concerts and conferences.
Alumni are eligible to receive a discount off the membership fee to use the facility. You will need to present your Alumni Card when completing the purchase to verify your status as an alumnus..
Membership fees for use of the Rec Centre can be found online. Contact the Alumni office at alumni@conestogac.on.ca.
