- Refund will be issued by the same method as the original purchase (debit card, credit card or cash)
All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of Conestoga College Bookstore staff.

Online Order Refunds
If you require a refund for an online order, please contact the Bookstore Shipping/Receiving by emailing email@example.com or calling 519-748-5220 ext. 2382. You will be required to provide the following information: your name, the order number, your contact information and reason for refund.
Once your refund request has been approved, you will be provided a refund for the cost of the products you purchased and taxes on these products. However, please note that the fee for the in-store pick-up option is non-refundable. In the case where you have already picked up your order, you will be required to return the products to the Bookstore before a refund is given.
Once your refund request has been approved, you will be asked to ship the books and/or merchandise back to the Bookstore. You are responsible for the cost of shipping and postage to return the books and/or merchandise. Once the books and/or merchandise are received and deemed to be in good condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the products you purchased and the taxes on these products. Please note that any shipping fees, if applied, are non-refundable.
