No Receipt, No Refund

An original sales receipt must accompany all items being returned – NO EXCEPTIONS

Textbooks & Supplies

THE WINTER TEXTBOOK RETURN DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 3RD, 2012. Any textbooks purchased after this date are non-returnable.

TEXTBOOKS AND SUPPLIES may be returned for a refund within 3 weeks from the start of semester for which they are required.

Textbooks and supplies must be:

• Accompanied by original receipt
• In the original packaging and unopened
• In original, new condition
• Bookstore reserves the right to refuse any refund

After the textbook return deadline, textbooks may only be returned if the student drops the class or withdraws from the program and has supporting documentation.

There are no refunds or exchanges on special order, customized or opened merchandise containing computer software, DVDs, compact discs, or other pre-recorded material.

If payment was made by credit or debit card you will be credited in the same method as was used for the original purchase.

Online Orders

Textbooks ordered online can be returned for a refund either via mail or in person. Please contact the bookstore prior to returning any products purchased online to determine credit eligibility. Textbooks returned must be in original condition (including shrink-wrap if applicable, see above description) and accompanied by the original receipt. If mailing the book back to us, please ensure you include a note with the following: your name, contact information and the reason for returning the item.

Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original payment. Once we receive the item back and it has been approved for refund, you will receive a phone call or email stating that the refund has been completed.

Clothing

CLOTHING may be returned for a refund within 5 days of purchase.

Clothing must be:

• Accompanied by original receipt
• In original, new condition (not washed and with label still attached)

Final Sale Items

FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE (no refund or exchange): 

• used textbooks
• courseware
• medical supplies
• special order items
• computer software
• sale items

Please confirm that you require these items before purchasing.

Special Notes

All refunds are subject to the condition of the materials being returned. Refunds will not be authorized on discontinued or clearance merchandise. All publisher defects are subject to a straight exchange. If we are out of stock we retain the option of re-ordering or offering a refund.
