About the ProgramThis program is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills essential to effectively conduct supervisory activities in a food processing environment. Students will be exposed to exercises, case studies and practical application of supervisory skills related to the food processing work environment.
Courses included in this certificate are: Food Processing Basics, Food Safety Level 1 - Online, Coaching and Developing People, Developing Effective Teams, Project Management, Creative and Critical Thinking, Managing Change, Occupational Health and Safety for the Food Processing Industry - Condensed and Continuous Improvement Processes. This program consists of nine mandatory courses that address current food processing issues and trends.
