Online (Student Portal):
Please login to the Student Portal using your student ID number or as a guest. To view and register in courses, see the following:
Payment for online course registration must be via Credit or Debit Card. Cards supported are:
- Credit card: American Express, Mastercard, VISA.
- Debit Card: Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank, Scotiabank, or TD Canada Trust.
Please Note: Registration through the Student Portal is in real time (immediate) and is your best option for confirming your space in a class.
Internet Browser Support: Our Student Portal course registration site supports Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) versions 6 and 7, Firefox (version 2) or Safari (version 2) on either a PC or MAC environment.
If you are unable to access the Student Portal to register online, you may submit the Part-time Studies Registration Form as indicated below.
Please Note: Forms are processed in order by date received and space is not guaranteed. If you need to pay by cash, you may go to the Registrar’s Office (Doon Campus) or the Waterloo and Guelph campuses.
In-Person Registration
In-person registration is available at the Doon Campus only, during regular business hours.
Mail Registration
Complete the credit card information or attach your cheque/money order, for the full fee, to your Course Registration Form. Please do not send cash or post-dated cheques.

Drop Box Registration:
Complete the credit card information or attach your cheque/money order, for the full fee, to your Course Registration Form. Please do not send cash or post-dated cheques. Drop boxes are located at the following campuses:

Please remember that when you drop your Registration Form in a campus drop box, your registration is not immediately confirmed. All course registrations are processed in the Registrar’s Office at the Doon Campus.
