What is a Program?

A series of courses, grouped together in some identifiable manner, designed to achieve identified learning outcomes, and approved by the Board of Governors and/or external bodies.

What is a Course?

A distinct and discrete teaching and learning framework, containing content that has been approved by an expert source, usually structured to be delivered over an identified period of time, with measurable learning outcomes, and formal student evaluation.

Online Registration

Registration through the Student Portal is in real time (immediate) and is your best option for confirming your space in a class. You can access the Student Portal to view and register for courses using your student ID or as a guest. If you have a student ID number, please enter your number and password to login. If you do not have a student ID number, simply click on the 'Browse Continuing Education Courses' tab beside Guest's Profile to view and register for courses. You can also click on 'register' from the Continuing Education website for a course that you are interested in, to be taken directly to the Student Portal to continue.

Payment for online course registration must be via Credit or Debit Card. Cards supported are:

  • Credit card: American Express, Mastercard, VISA.
  • Debit Card: Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank, Scotiabank, or TD Canada Trust.

In-person Registration

Mail your completed Course Registration Form (pdf) to:

Please include your credit card information or cheque/money order for the full fee. Please do not send cash or post-dated cheques.

Drop Box Registration

Bring your completed Course Registration Form (pdf) to one of the following drop box locations:

Please include your credit card information or cheque/money order for the full fee. Please do not send cash or post-dated cheques. If you need to pay by cash, you must go to the Registrar's Office (Doon Campus) or the Waterloo or Guelph campus.

Please remember that when you drop your Registration Form in a campus drop box, your registration is not immediately confirmed. All course registrations are processed in the Registrar's Office at the Doon Campus.

Fax

Fax your completed Course Registration Form (pdf) and credit card information to (519) 895-1085. Please do not fax cheques.

Part-Time Program Registration

Submit your completed Conestoga College Program Application Form (pdf), along with proof of admission requirements to:
