|GINT0702||Building Wealth Through Real Estate Level 1
Description: Across the country, ordinary Canadians are building wealth and freedom by real estate investing. The return from owning investment property can pay for a child's education; fund retirement; and provide passive income for leisure activities and hobbies. Learn how to research and finance properties that will attract good tenants who will pay the mortgage for you, while you enjoy the cash flow and appreciation your properties provide. In this course you'll learn how to get started, the top common costly mistakes newbie investors make and how to avoid them, and why real estate is safer than, and outperforming, stocks and bonds over the long term. This course is taught by Tahani Aburaneh, one of Canada's leading experts in real estate investing and bestselling author of Real Estate Riches.
