To be eligible to attend the ceremony, you must complete all courses in your program successfully. If you plan to attend, you must register on the student portal, under the services tab.
No further details will be mailed. If your plans change or you have an inquiry about your program completion requirements, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and student number.
Arrival and Location:
One hour before the ceremony, gather in the gowning area located in the Heritage Room, Bingemans Conference Centre.
Academic attire is provided by the College and consists of a knee-length gown (no cap/mortarboard).
Flowers, purses, cameras and other personal items should be left with a friend or family member. If this is not possible, a place is available in the gowning area to check such items.
Length of Ceremony:
The ceremony lasts approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. The ceremony will be streamed live on the internet for those unable to attend.

Seating is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to limit your guests to two, to avoid overcrowding.
Unless already received, your graduation document will be available for pickup after the ceremony. If you are unable to attend, your graduation document will be mailed to you following the ceremony. Please ensure your current address is listed on your student portal.
