Mind Your Mood (CBT)
Mind your Mood Cognitive-behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a group that will help you improve your mental health, manage and cope with stress more effectively as well as modify and change unhelpful thoughts, behaviours and emotions.
Just Breathe. Just Run. is an open running group that offers the opportunity to get outside, let go of stress, connect with peers and commit to running once a week. Each week, participants will meet for one hour, including a 10 minute warm-up, 30 minute run, and a 20 minute cool down with light conversation on how exercise can support mental wellness.
