The College recognizes that disputes between members of the College
community will arise. The Student Concerns Procedure may be pursued when a
student wishes to complain about a situation that does not fall under the
academic appeals policy and procedures as outlined in the
Student Procedures Guide.
Counsellors, as a neutral party between faculty and students, can act as
a source of support and assist students to assess situations and negotiate
courses of action to foster a resolution to their concern. The Student Procedures
Guide describes the Student Concerns/Issues Procedure and provides the
Student Concerns/Issues Form. If you would like to talk to a counsellor about a
concern please contact us by making an appointment.
