Conestoga College Counselling Services Feedback Survey
In the Counselling department we are committed to a process of continuous development so that we can provide you, the student, with services that are efficient, effective and reflective of your interests. Typically, counsellors provide a copy of the survey to be completed during a final meeting. If you have not received a survey, please download a copy from below and forward it to the survey drop box located in 1A101. Students are asked to complete only one survey at the completion of their counselling experience. The information collected through the survey is anonymous and confidential. You do not have to sign your name.
