Pre-Placement Health & Safety Requirements

Realizing your vision of having a high performing career in the health and community services field requires that you start your program having met the same safety and health requirements that are required for new employees in your field.

Conestoga College will review your completed confidential health and safety forms, with the supporting documents and ensure that you have cleared the requirements for field placement (clinical or otherwise).
