1. How do I access Conestoga's WebCT login page?

Conestoga's WebCT server can be accessed from ANY computer connected to the internet by typing the following URL into your web browser's address bar:
http://webct4.conestogac.on.ca/webct/homearea/homearea

2. What is my WebCT login ID and password?

Your WebCT ID will be your student number. Your initial password will also be your student number and you will be prompted to change it upon your first login. If you have had access to WebCT previously then your password will be the same as it was when you last logged in.

When changing your password note that the system is case-sensitive.

If you forget your password you can contact your instructor or use the Tech Support Contact Form to have it reset.

3. How do I add a course to my list?

You can not add your own courses to your myWebCT page. You must be registered in a course that is using WebCT before it will appear in your list. If you are missing a course please contact your instructor or Tech Support Contact Form to have it added.

4. What do I need to access WebCT?

In order to access WebCT you need a computer that is connected to the internet using one of the following Web browsers:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0, 5.5, 6.0 or greater
Netscape 6.2, 7.0, 7.1 or greater
AOL 7.0, 8.0 or greater
Mozilla 1.5

5. How should I configure my browser?

Visit the WebCT Browser Tune-up page to determine the browser configuration for your particular application.
