Essential skills

Essential skills are the keys to success for work, learning, and life. These transferable skills are used in nearly every occupation at different levels of complexity; skills include reading, document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication, continuous learning, thinking skills, and digital technology. Understand how a Test of Workplace Essential Skills assessment (TOWES) can identify the employee's skill level and connect with training that will assist individuals with their jobs and adapting to workplace change.
