Events & Promotion
Conestoga is pleased to offer a variety of services designed to help your organization with its recruiting needs.
On-Campus Employer Engagement Opportunities
Whether you are looking to hire for the season or recruiting for a critical full-time position, we can help enhance your visibility, profile your brand and position your organization as an employer of choice. Our on-campus engagement opportunities include employer showcases, information sessions and career exploration/networking events.
Book a table-top or booth display in a high-traffic, central area of campus which allows for maximum visibility with a broad cross-section of the student body. Intended for employers looking to recruit for part-time or seasonal positions, or full-time positions that may appeal to students from a variety programs.
Employer Information Session
Formally present information about your organization's corporate culture, recruitment processes and career opportunities to a targeted group of students. Information sessions are promoted to students who are required to register for the session. Provision of refreshments through college catering is suggested.
Career Exploration and Employer Networking Events
Meet students who want to connect with employers relevant to their field of study at one of our on-campus employer networking events. Discuss your corporate culture, career pathways and industry trends in an informal setting that allows students to network with you.
Conestoga Job Fairs
Conestoga hosts a number of on-campus job fairs to connect employers with talented, enthusiastic students for full-time/graduate, co-op, seasonal and part-time employment opportunities.
