Aspire Canada Scholarship
Each academic year, Aspire-Canada offers scholarships of $1000 or more to outstanding students. Only returning students need to submit the scholarship application. All incoming freshman student will be considered for the scholarship automatically based on a completed admissions application. The preferred deadline for returning students is May 31st. Applications received after the preferred deadline will be considered if the funds are available.

CFUW K-W Student Emergency Fund
The Canadian Federation of University Women Kitchener-Waterloo (CFUW K-W) offers a Student Emergency Aid Fund of $1,500 per fiscal year (April 1-March 31) which eligible students can access on a ONE TIME BASIS up to a maximum of $500. The Fund is available to full or part time mature women students attending a university, community college or adult learning centre in the Kitchener-Waterloo region, who experience an immediate and urgent financial need (examples might be a crashed or stolen laptop, unexpected medical expenses) and who as a result require financial assistance to enable them to continue their studies.
