Description: The purpose of this course is to develop the students ability to apply ?touch typing? techniques (type without looking at keys) to build keyboarding speed and accuracy keyboarding skills. Students will be tested on a regular basis. Upon completion of the course, students must demonstrate the ability to touch type at a minimum speed of 45 net words per minute on two 5-minute timed writing tests with a maximum of five (5) uncorrected errors per timing. Description: The major influences on family law reform with an introduction to the Family Law Act and the Children's Law Reform Act of Ontario are studied and used as a backdrop for the documentation produced in this course. Domestic contracts as governed by the Family Law Act and application of the Family Law Rules and Procedures as they apply to defended and undefended, simple, and joint divorce cases are studied.
