Airport Pickup Request Form

Please complete the on-line Airport Pickup Request Form and return this via fax to the International Office (519) 748-5926 or scan and email to Janet Parrish at jparrish@conestogac.on.ca. Arrangements will not be accepted by telephone.

Once we have received your Airport Pick Up request form, a reservation will be made for you with Airways Transit to transport you to your new home in the Kitchener – Waterloo area.

Upon your arrival to Canada, please proceed to the Airways transportation kiosk to board the bus.
