Welcome

Welcome to the Interprofessional Education (IPE) Repository at Conestoga College. The IPE Repository has been developed to support interprofessional learning and practice at Conestoga College. Interprofessional education, as defined by the Centre for Advancement of Interprofessional Education (CAIPE), "occurs when two or more professions learn with, from and about each other in order to improve collaboration and the quality of care" (CAIPE, 2002). [Reference] To achieve this goal, the School of Health & Life Sciences and Community Services, has created learning outcomes and experiences that are Intentional, Integrative, Impactful, and supported with Interprofessional Mentoring/Meaning Making.

The IPE Repository at Conestoga College has two primary goals. The first is to house key documents and work, completed and currently in progress, related to Interprofessional practice and education at Conestoga College.  The second goal is to provide a repository of resources to support interprofessional teaching and learning for faculty and students.
