Athletes of the Year

Kerri Lantz

Kerri was a member of the Women’s Indoor and Outdoor Soccer teams. She also won the Coaches Award for both Indoor and Outdoor Soccer.

Kerri is in her 5th and final year at Conestoga and will graduating from the Business Administration - Marketing Program. Her play on the field, and good attitude will be missed next year.

Jason Smith

Jason was a dedicated member of the Cross Country Running team for the 4th year in a row and he also won the Most Valuable Player Award.

At the OCAA Provincials Jason Smith placed 1st with a time of 26:01 making him a two-time OCAA men’s individual champion. He continued on to the National Championships where he finished in 5th place out of 273 runners.

Jason is in his final year of Construction Engineering Technology – Architecture and will be graduating this year. His determination and focus will be missed on the team although he may return as an Assistant Coach.
