Tryouts / Practice Schedule

Fastball tryouts will take place at the Conestoga College Doon Campus Softball Diamond.

• Tuesday, August 28, 5pm - 7pm
• Wednesday, August 29, 5pm - 7pm
• Thursday, August 30, 5pm - 7pm
• Tuesday, September 4, 5pm - 7pm
• Wednesday, September 5, 5pm - 7pm
• Thursday, September 6, 5pm - 7pm

Women’s Fastball Head Coach

Rick Proud

Rick has been involved in this sport for over 18 years as a player, coach and assistant coach. He has been the Assistant Fastball Coach here at Conestoga College for 7 years and Coach for Hanover and Kitchener T-Ball and Softball teams for 18 years. When Rick plays, his chosen position is either Catcher or 3rd base and he is a 4 time winner of League MVP.

Rick coaches because he enjoys the game. His goal for this year’s team is to have the players work hard, learn some skills and see where they go.
