Welcome Crew (WC)

Welcome Crew members are an essential part of the Residence Life Team at Orientation to help ensure the smooth welcoming of all of our 525 students who move in during the Move-in Day Weekend.

Applications to be a Welcome Crew member are supplied in the Residence acceptance package that is mailed out during the summer.

Welcome Crew members join the Social Orientation Staff in assisting students with moving in their belongings, providing directions, and host the various orientation check-in booths set up in the lobby. They are a friendly and welcoming face to all students coming into Residence!

We understand that moving to Residence from a different place can be a new and scary experience. The friendly faces of our Residence Life Team, including the Welcome Crew, are to help ease your mind and make your transition a whole lot easier.
