
A community is the place where the members feel that they belong, are cared for, and feel important.
It is the mission of each community, lead by Resident Advisors and Social Orientation Staff (House Council), is to bond and build a cohesive building in Residence, and compete together in the Residence Rewards points program.
At the monthly Residence floor meetings, students will have the opportunity to compete in floor challenges against the other communities. Competitions include cheer challenges, mashed potato sculpting, pumpkin carving challenge, gingerbread house making, etc.
For the 2009-2010 academic year our theme was “Superheroes”. Our communities and programming was based around this theme. Feel free to take some time and see what that looked like. Our residence theme for the 2012/2013 academic year will be announced soon...
