Orientation/Move-In

Fall Orientation

Residence Move-in generally takes place during Labour Day Weekend. For exact dates and times as to when you will be requested to move-in, please refer to your Residence Handbook that is issued with your roommate contact information package received in late July or early August.

On move-in day, students are instructed to arrive and temporarily park around the front of the building. We request that you not unload your vehicle(s) until you have checked in at the Front Desk and have moved through the appropriate orientation stations.

After checking through the various booths, you will then be able to move your vehicle(s) closer to the main entrance and begin unloading. We ask that you bring your own moving dollies and supplies as we will only have limited supplies available. Welcome Crew and/or Social Orientation Staff members will be available to assist students with moving in belongings!

Each year, Residence organizes an O-Bash in the back parking lot with many games, activities and free food for students! In the past, some of these awesome games have included a Mechanical Bull, Bungee Run, Gladiator Joust, bouncy castle and more! You will not want to miss the O-Bash as it is a great opportunity to meet many new students in Residence.
