
Housekeepers are responsible for the daily cleaning of all common areas in Residence. Housekeeping staff will periodically access suites to complete a regularly scheduled cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom, and to report any deficiencies that may not have been previously reported.
The month's Housekeeping schedule will be posted on bulletin boards throughout Residence!

When your housekeeper has entered your suite, they will leave a Housekeeping Notification Form. This form will provide you with a list of any areas of your suite that they were not able to clean and an explanation as to why.
By returning the Notification Form back to the front desk with your feedback on the service performed, you will be able to score 25 Res Points with the Residence Rewards program.

Maintenance staff is responsible for the upkeep and repair of all areas of the building.
Maintenance will assess Work Requests daily and perform repairs on the building and in the suites as required. They also conduct daily preventative maintenance to reduce the probability of deficiencies that may cause inconveniences to our students and staff.Should you have any problems with your suite and you require maintenance assistance, please visit the front desk and fill out a Maintenance Requisition Form.
When the maintenance staff has entered your suite, they will leave a Maintenance Notification Form. This form will provide you with an explanation as to why staff has entered in your suite and what work was completed. If they need to return to your suite for any ongoing maintenance, the notification form will inform you of this.
