
The Respect Campaign undergoes vigorous evaluation and assessment each year to ensure that several objectives of the Campaign are continuously being met. The evaluation and assessment tools’ purpose are to ensure that the Respect Campaign remains a successful initiative that reinforces a respectful, welcoming and inclusive community at Conestoga College.
In 2010/2011, the Campaign proceeded with Stage Three of the initiative. The objectives for Stage Three of the Respect Campaign included:
Many of the survey tools used were directed to evaluate these four objectives within Stage Three of the campaign. They will be referenced throughout the reports below.
A total of four assessment tools were used in the evaluation of the Respect Campaign: A pre- and post-survey exclusively to Residence students; the Respect Campaign video presentation student evaluation form; the year-end online Respect Campaign survey, and; the Respect Campaign student committee year-end evaluation form.
