The Respect Campaign Student Committee hosted Respect Week in the Student Life Centre at Doon Campus from March 28 through April 1, 2010. The festivities throughout the week included a variety of fun, light-hearted activities to encourage students to think about small ways they can make an impact with others. The first day was the Respectful Relationships Clothesline, where students could paint a t-shirt sharing what a respectful friendship, relationship or interaction means to them—with all proceeds benefit Women’s Crisis Services in Kitchener-Waterloo, for the Anselma House Rebuild. The following days included Smile Day, Words of Encouragement Day, and closing with Respect Games Day.
