The Respect Campaign is proud to offer an interactive, experiential workshop facilitated by our Student Life staff that can be a vital learning opportunity for students in your classroom, students working at on-campus jobs and student leaders.
The "Respect Workshop" lasting approximately 50 minutes consists of group discussion for peer-to-peer learning and 4 short videos. The workshop highlights the diverse perspectives of our students who have generously offered to speak about their experience at Conestoga and what Respect means to them in our College community. It also features the opportunity to hear from employers about the value of Respect in the workplace. More discussion is encouraged through our group scenarios where we hope students will realize some of their own tools to act as a leader when it comes to making a difference in our community.
If you are interested in having the workshop among your group of students at Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge or Doon Campuses, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to the sensitive nature of the stories that are shared in the videos, we are not releasing our videos to be viewed by the public without being facilitated within a workshop. We will offer a copy of our power point presentation after the workshop if requested and considered to be of assistance to the group.
