Description: This course takes you beyond the basics to cover intermediate word processing concepts and techniques using Word. Students will learn how to produce professional business documents. Emphasis will be placed on intermediate word processing techniques including paragraph and page formatting options; working with tabs and indents; using the find and replace features; using the spell check, grammar check, thesaurus and other built-in correction tools; multi-column text, tables, mail merges; numbered and bulleted paragraphs; headers, footers and page numbering.
