Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG)
The Canada-Ontario Job Grant provides direct financial support to individual employers who wish to purchase training for their employees. It is available to small, medium and large businesses with a plan to deliver short-term training to existing and new employees. Conestoga College is an eligible COJG training provider. Next Generation Manufacturing Canada (NGen) AMPUP funding
Conestoga College has partnered with NGen on its Accelerating Manufacturing Performance Upskilling Program (AMPUP). NGen will cover 50 per cent of the cost of training for Canadian manufacturers to enrol their employees in selected skills development and certification prorgams. Yves Landry Foundation; Achieving Innovation and Manufacturing Excellence (AIME) program
Conestoga's corporate partners are able to gain financial support for their training initiatives from the Yves Landry AIME program called
AIME Green. This funding is provided by the Government of Canada, Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, through the Jobs and Growth Fund and supports manufacturers in south, central and eastern Ontario to adopt and adapt green manufacturing principles.
