About the Program
Students who have a strong interest in working with computers and computer systems and enjoy the challenge of solving technical problems are ideal candidates for the Desktop Support Analyst program. In addition to the technical knowledge needed to diagnose and resolve problems, students will gain proficiency in softer skills such as the development and delivery of training sessions, written and verbal communication, customer service, and career planning.
