Program description - July 2023

There are so many opportunities for everyone in the skilled trades but it can be hard to know where to start. This unique, fully-funded, try-a-trade program will give you the opportunity to explore and prepare for different careers related to Ontario's booming manufacturing sector.

In this program, you will spend days in the shop developing hands-on skills in electrical, machining, and welding. In addition, you will be able to develop an understanding of trade-specific academic, job search, and employment skills.
