Careers - September 2022

Graduates will be well-suited to enter the welding and fabrication industry as qualified welders and fitters and also seek opportunities to become an apprentice in several related Red-Seal trades such as Welder (456A), Metal Fabricator - Fitter (437A), Construction Boilermaker (428A), or Ironworker (420A). With work experience and additional testing, graduates may earn certification with the Canadian Welding Bureau as a welding inspector or welding supervisor.

On average, 88% of graduates from the last three years (2018 to 2020) found employment within six months of graduation.
