Students and employees who require access to campus are not required to purchase a parking permit or pass to park onsite for the month of January. As the college’s onsite activities and services return, the sale of parking permits will resume. Parking lots continue to be monitored by Security Services. Physical permits will no longer be required. Parking will be monitored using licence plate recognition software.
Monthly and term parking will be available for purchase starting January 3, 2022.
- Parking spaces are limited. Purchasing a permit does not guarantee a space will always be available. If permits are sold out, select 'Add to waitlist' in the Parking Portal. You will be notified if a permit becomes available.
- You may park in any lot at your designated campus, adhering to parking lot signage.
- Review the
site plan for the Kitchener - Doon parking lot locations. All other campuses are single lots.
Daily rates start at 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Parking is free on evenings and weekends. Overnight parking is not permitted.

Accessible parking spaces are designated at each campus with a provincial parking permit. You must purchase a parking pass for your campus to be able to park on campus.

How to pay for parking
Daily, hourly or multi-pass
No app download is required.
The Honk system should be able to recognize your location is location sharing permissions are enabled on your device. If you do not allow location permissions for Honk, you will need to know the zone number of the parking lot your are in. The zone will be displayed on Honk signage in each lot.
Once you have accessed Honk (via web browser or app) sign up to register your vehicle and purchase parking.
How to redeem your multi-pass
To utilize your multi-pass, you must redeem one day off your multi-pass each time you park at a Conestoga College campus. Each day is redeemed is valid until 3:59 p.m.
Multi-passes only come in packs of 10 and no refunds are given for any unused days.
Multi-passes expire two (2) years after the purchase date. You will need to sign up for a HonkMobile account to purchase a multi-pass.
- Open the
HonkMobile app or login to your HonkMobile account in a web browser. Your active multi-pass will be displayed on the front page under "Active Sessions."
- Select "Enter Zone ID" under "Pay for Parking." Enter in the multi-pass zone. The zone number is
- Select your current multi-pass and select "redeem a pass" (your remaining passes will be displayed at the top of the screen).
- Select multi-pass redemption rate ($0.00).
- Adjust your vehicle if necessary and select "park for free."
- Confirm your licence plate and session details.

Monthly and term parking permits are non-transferable.
Upon request, term passes are refundable on a pro-rated basis until March 31, 2022.
Hourly, daily, multi-pass and monthly permits are non-refundable.
