Forms, Policies, Procedures and Related Documents
Forms, policies, procedures, and other documents are developed by various committees and groups to ensure that consistent research practices and processes are followed by Conestoga faculty, staff, students and external participants. These documents are updated on a regular basis.
The CARI office develops and maintains the documents related to the conduct of research. All research policies are reviewed and approved by the Research Board, Policies & Procedures Committee and the Academic Coordinating Committee.

The Research Ethics Board develops and maintains the documents related to the assessment and management of research ethics. All research ethics policies are reviewed and approved by the Research Board, Policies & Procedures Committee and the Academic Coordinating Committee.
