- Kitchen lounge - features common kitchen stoves, vending machines, flat screen TV and access to an outdoor BBQ patio.
- Laundry rooms - 24-hour access, this is a paid service.

Maintenance
Requests for maintenance can be made via the student housing portal or in person at the Front Desk.
Front desk
Ask questions, get assistance and sign-out games, equipment and cleaning supplies. Resident service representatives are available 24-hours-a-day at the Front Desk.
Housekeeping
Bi-weekly, light cleaning services are provided for the common areas of each suite.
Shuttle service
Conestoga Students Inc. (CSI) runs a shuttle service which takes students from residence to the Cambridge campus, Kitchener - Doon campus, and Pioneer Park Plaza. For updates and information, please visit CSI Shuttle.
