Conestoga's School of Workforce Development, Continuing Education & Online Learning is proud to work with industry to meet the needs of the local region and beyond. We offer a full range of courses as well as part-time and full-time programming including academic upgrading for college, part-time programs in areas such as health, community, IT, trades, business and full-time certificates, and graduate certificates. Courses and programs offered include online, hybrid and traditional classroom delivery. With almost 55 per cent of the local adult population having participated in Conestoga's education and training opportunities, our school is dedicated to meeting the needs of the workforce to allow students to reach their career goals.

Many of our programs incorporate applied learning, case studies and capstone projects. Applied learning allows the students to translate classroom knowledge to real-world situations and develop a deeper understanding of course materials. These real-world skills are valued by potential employers and open doors to exciting career opportunities.
