Welcome to the 45th Spring Convocation Ceremony

The Board of Governors, administration, faculty and staff of Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, extend a warm invitation to your family and friends to join you on this day of celebration.

Convocation Registration:

To be eligible to attend the ceremony, you must complete all courses in your program successfully. If you plan to attend the ceremony, you must register on your student portal, under the services tab.
If your plans change, please contact the Records Office at 519-748-5220.

How to Register:

1. Click on the 'Student Portal' button found at the top right-hand corner of the screen under the search button, or the blue RSVP NOW button.
2. Follow the log in instructions - you will need your seven-digit Conestoga student I.D. number.
3. Select the 'Services tab'.
4. To view your convocation ceremony and indicate your attendance click on 'Convocation'.

Note: If your plans change you may update your attendance through the Student Portal.
