Trouble Opening Documents on the OSAP website?
Many OSAP documents are password-protected to protect confidential information. You will use your OSAP login password to open the documents. However, if your password is longer than 12 characters, you may get an error message. In that case, use only the first 12 characters of your password, or change your password to less than 12 characters.
