Notice: Changes to student fees & payment for 2015/16
After a consultative process with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, the College Student Alliance and appropriate stakeholder groups, a new tuition and fee payment protocol has been established for both incoming and returning students. The change benefits students by allowing them to pay their tuition by semester (as opposed to the entire year up front), thus eliminating deferral fees.

According to the new Ministry Fee Directive, a $500 tuition fee deposit is due by June 15, 2016 for all students starting their studies in Fall 2016. (For students admitted after June 1, the tuition deposit is due two weeks after the applicant has confirmed the offer of admission.)
Reduced Tuition Deposit
Students receiving funding from the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) may be eligible for a reduced tuition deposit of $200.
To qualify, students must have applied for OSAP, received an assessment that is higher than the cost of their tuition AND meet one of the following conditions:
- Receiving Social Assistance
- Sole support parent with children requiring daycare
- Unable to work during pre-study period due to medical circumstances
The Reduced Deposit Application form is available online or in the Student Financial Services Office. Email completed forms and supporting documentation to email@example.com or hand them in at Student Financial Services Office.
Applications must be received and approved by Student Financial Services before students accounts will be updated to reflect a $200 deposit. Deposit reductions are one-time and need to be requested each year. Note that payment is still due by June 15 or the date indicated on the invoice.
