This location is ideal for students attending the Parkhill Drive and Steeles Avenue locations.
Please note: students can apply for housing prior to being accepted into a program but must be a full-time registered Conestoga student at time of move in.

The rates for Milton - Lily Cres. include hydro, water, heat, and high-speed internet access.
The fully furnished townhomes have four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and one half-bath, accommodating five students. Three students will have their own bedrooms, and two students will share one bedroom.
Your Conestoga College tuition is separate from your housing fees. Please do not instruct your bank to pay Conestoga College. Payment options and due dates can be found on your housing invoice.
Please note: Unlike the college, student housing payments cannot be deferred for OSAP.
Spring term start: May 4, 2025 - April 26, 2026

Transportation
This location is approximately 8 km from the Milton - Steeles Ave. location and approximately 10 km from the Milton - Parkhill campus. Milton Transit OnDemand provides services to the Lily Crescent area, which is approximately one hour of travel time.
Parking
Parking is limited to two cars per townhome. If you require parking, please email info@conestogaoffcampus.ca when submitting your application to apply for a parking space. Permits issued for Lily Crescent housing will be valid at all Conestoga campuses.
