Waterloo campus construction: November 13, 2023, to December 31, 2024
Construction is scheduled for the Waterloo campus at 108 University Ave. East, from Monday, November 13, 2023, to Tuesday, December 31, 2024. During this time, Waterloo Main Building Level 1 of the D- and E-Wings, part of the Level 1 B-Wing, the west parking lot, the north laneway and the former Sonny’s property will be closed.
Kitchener - Doon campus Coze Corner closed until 2025
To enhance your experience, the Coze Corner is undergoing a major renovation and, as a result, will be closed until the new year. We look forward to welcoming you back in January 2025 to an all-new, beautifully renovated space.
Kitchener - Doon campus Atrium and Student Life Centre closed: July 30, 2024, to June 2025
The Atrium and Student Life Centre located on levels 1 and 2 of the A-Wing at the Kitchener - Doon campus will be closed for renovations from Tuesday, July 30, 2024, until the end of June 2025. This will affect all access to the Atrium and both levels of the Student Life Centre corridors. Access to the Venue and Tim Hortons will be accessible and will not be affected by this renovation. Construction is expected to be noisy at times.
Waterloo campus planned power outage: December 17, 2024
A power outage for the ongoing campus construction project is planned on Tuesday, December 17 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., affecting G-Wing, F-Wing and Tim Hortons. Emergency power will be available in those areas during this time. The campus will remain open.
Kitchener - Doon campus planned power outage in 1E Wing: December 16, 2024
On Monday, December 16 from 7 to 10 a.m., a scheduled power shut down for the ongoing construction will impact the following areas of E Wing: CozE Corner, Pizza Pizza, Subway and the Nutrition & Public Health Kitchen Lab.
Accessible Learning Services disruption of services: December 13, 2024
Accessible Learning Services will have a service disruption on Friday, December 13 from 12 to 4 p.m. Students already registered are encouraged to contact their advisor by email for any inquiries during this time. Students referred to register for Accessible Learning Services can fill out the intake form found at conestogac-accommodate.symplicity.com/public_accommodation/.
Kitchener - Doon campus closure of TCB building: December 17, 2024
The TCB Building will be temporarily closed all day on Tuesday, December 17 to accommodate plumbing maintenance.
Guelph campus partial power shutdown: December 17, 2024
A scheduled power shutdown will take place on Tuesday, December 17 from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., affecting the cafeteria, C7-2 (CSI), D8 (servery), Corridor E100, and classrooms E2, E4 and E8. Emergency power will be available during this time. The shutdown is necessary to support ongoing renovations for the new Campus Store.
Kitchener - Doon campus E-Wing door closure: December 16 to 17, 2024
A door closure has been scheduled for the Doon campus on Monday, December 16 from 7 a.m. until Tuesday, December 17 at 5 p.m. Entrance Door #6 – E-Wing Door #6 will be closed during this period and no entry will be permitted. All other entrances will remain open.
