Self-Identification

Self-Identification at Conestoga

This form is a tool to verify a student's Indigenous identity. While we recognize that Indigenous is a global term, this form is specifically for First Nations, Métis and Inuit Peoples. Reconnecting Indigenous people who are unsure of, and unable to legally attest to their Indigenous identity, are welcome to participate in our services, supports, and events.

Indigenous Services works with departments across Conestoga to provide academic support, work‑study positions, bursaries and opportunities for students to engage at an institutional level. To best support Indigenous students at Conestoga, we ask that you complete our Indigenous Self‑Identification form to ensure you can access the full range of available supports.
