If you're a high school student who wants a rewarding career that truly makes a difference, Conestoga's Bachelor of Emergency Management is your opportunity to help protect and strengthen communities. From natural disasters and pandemics to climate emergencies and major incidents, this four-year honours degree prepares you to take action when it matters most. You'll learn how to help communities and organizations plan, respond and recover during crises — and build a safer, more resilient future for everyone.
You'll gain hands-on experience through active learning, technical analysis and a paid co-op term, while building the skills needed to work in public safety, government or private-sector emergency planning. Whether it's coordinating disaster response or shaping climate resilience strategies, you'll graduate ready to lead in a fast-paced and vital field.
