Program description - January 2025

Real estate development is a growing industry which offers many career prospects. In this program, you will learn the foundations of managing real estate development projects throughout their lifecycle. By building a foundational understanding of construction and sustainable development, real estate project management, procurement and supplier management, and financial services, you will ensure the development projects are completed on time, on budget and according to the project vision. You will learn to apply your acumen with different aspects of real estate development to the oversight of the quality of work throughout the project's lifecycle and manage real estate development projects effectively and efficiently. By entering the dynamic world of real estate development, you will be able to make an impactful contribution to our economy and build a rewarding career.

The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) is a needs-based program designed to help Ontario students cover the cost of post-secondary education. Funded by the federal and provincial governments, OSAP is intended to promote equality of opportunity for post-secondary studies through direct financial assistance for educational costs and living expenses.
