Industry Experience, Professional Currency Activities As the former Chief of Appeals of Canada Revenue Agency, I was intimately involved in resolving many complex income tax and HST issues in the manufacturing, automotive, banking, insurance, brewery and merchandising industries.
Major Research Projects, Scholarly Activities, and/or Publications Currently pursuing a PhD in Accounting. My research focuses on predicting business bankruptcy using financial ratios.
Additional Information Teaching is a joy and it is particularly pleasant teaching at Conestoga as the students are generally well-prepared, ready to participate in class discussions and are extremely respectful of each other.
