Launch your career in human resources with Conestoga's Business - Human Resources diploma.

If you're a high school graduate who enjoys working with people and supporting organizational success, this two-year diploma program provides the foundation you need to begin a career in HR.

In this program, you'll develop practical skills in key HR functions, including recruitment, training, payroll and employee relations.
