Waterloo - University Ave. residence
This Conestoga residence is ideal for students attending the Waterloo or Kitchener - Downtown campuses. It is close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and Conestoga Mall.
Please note: students can apply to residence before they are accepted into a program.
Rates for Waterloo - University Ave. residence
Resident fees include utilities, high-speed internet access and a furnished suite. Your Conestoga College tuition account is separate from your residence fees account. Do not instruct your banking institution to pay Conestoga College.
Please note: there is a $100 non-refundable application fee. This fee is not included in the residence fees. Unlike the college, residence cannot defer payments for OSAP.

Transportation
Waterloo campus
The residence is a short walk, approximately 4 minutes (under 350m) to the Waterloo campus.
Kitchener - Downtown campus
The residence is 4.5km from the Kitchener - Downtown campus. By public transit (GRT) - Route 8 is a 20-minute bus ride from University/Weber to Frederick/Weber.
Parking
To park while staying in residence, you must purchase a parking permit. This permit can also be used at any campus, except the Waterloo campus.
Residence guests are required to purchase daily parking through HonkMobile Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Parking is free after 4 p.m. and on weekends.
Walksafe
Walksafe is a service provided by Safety and Security to escort staff, students, and visitors while on campus or at Conestoga residences. This service is available at all campuses upon request, except Milton and Stratford.
